About the Role
3 Dots is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our growing Travel & Events team. This is a remote position focused on providing excellent client support and helping coordinate travel and event arrangements from initial request through completion.
You’ll work closely with clients and our internal team to research options, organize details, communicate updates, and help ensure each client experience runs smoothly.
Travel industry experience is helpful, but it is not required. We provide training on our processes, systems, and travel-related responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with clients by email, phone, and other approved channels
- Assist with client requests, scheduling, reservations, and travel-related arrangements
- Research hotels, transportation, activities, events, and other travel options
- Prepare and organize itineraries, confirmations, and client information
- Enter and maintain accurate client and booking information in company systems
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
- Follow up on outstanding requests and help resolve client issues
- Monitor changes to reservations and communicate important updates to clients
- Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, organization, and client service

- Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, travel, or event experience is a plus but not required
Training
No prior travel industry experience is required. Training will be provided on company systems, procedures, client service standards, and travel/event coordination.

Schedule
